The recipe is so simple and there's no fancy nacy ingredients it's my go to for at home and to give as gifts because these little beauties look amazing stacked up with some pretty ribbon or something!
I made them with Rocky this morning he loves helping and licking the wooden spoon! I would love to say they're gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and only made with ethically sourced natural organic ingredients buttttttt they're not sorry about that.
100g dark chocolate, melted
100g butter, melted
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 eggs, lightly whisked
1/2 can caramelised condensed milk
1. Preheat oven to 150C (I use fave bake). Combine chocolate and butter together in a small saucepan and melt over a gentle heat. Stir until smooth.
2. Sift cocoa, sugar, flour and baking powder into a bowl. Make a well in the centre and mix in eggs, butter and chocolate.
3. Spoon mixture into a lined 20cm2 cake pan. Dot the surface of the batter with caramel, gently pressing it into the batter. 4. Bake for 20 minutes until brownie feels firm on the surface. 5. Allow to cool before cutting into triangles or squares. It's that simple! You can't stuff them up I swear. I sometimes also use this recipe without the caramel and add berries instead or just plain choco brownie!
Make it! You know you want too! Enjoy it baby mamas they're good for your wellbeing I swear!
